The 1st International Symposium on Rockfill Dams sponsored jointly by CHINCOLD and CBDB will be held in October 18~21, 2009 in Chengdu CHINA. We have now received more than 160 papers and there are more than 150 participants from China, Brazil, Iran, Japan, Switzerland, Korea, Canada, and Austria and etc., have registrated at the Symposium.

According to the requirements of some participants, we are planning to arrange a special technical tour to projects in Wenchan Earthquake stricken area just before the symposium.
